Separation anxiety & panic attacks

My newly adopted 5-year-old dog, Nico, had several problematic behavioral issues. He refused to walk on a leash (he’d sit down and refuse to walk), wouldn’t stop barking at friends or workers that came into the house or worked in our yard, and fence fought/barked at the neighbors’ dogs. He’d even bark at my neighbors who were just talking in their own backyard! He had separation anxiety and panic attacks when I left him home. I had no idea why Nico had these behaviors. I had never had a problem training the other dogs I had owned. I was desperate to help Nico relax and enjoy life with me.

I tried an online/video program (based on rewards/treats with no correction) for 6 weeks and was giving treats constantly and seeing little to no progress. I searched for a new trainer and found Primal Needs Behavioral Solutions. Blair’s program makes more sense than just treat training and is well worth the money. I selected the 4-week board and train, and Nico came home happy and confident! I can walk him and communicate with him, and the neurotic behaviors are gone. The package includes in-person help to reintroduce Nico to our home with the new rules and includes ongoing support for the rest of Nico’s life in case another problem creeps up or I need a refresher. I’m grateful for the work Blair does and the program he created. Now Nico and I can enjoy life together with less stress!
